The Challenge

 

We wanted to continue growing and find new, innovative ways to accelerate that process. That is why we approached Hybrid Digital in the hopes of achieving two different goals – improving lead generation and employer branding. We understand the importance of hiring only the best of the best and knew that HD were experts at attracting that type of candidate. Both these tasks are crucial for a company to stay on top of its game. Besides these two goals, we also wanted to increase our brand awareness.

 

The Solution

 

The first item on our agenda was improving lead generation. This included targeting our four major verticals and involved content creation (white papers, newsletters, blogs) worked into custom marketing strategies. Time was also invested into research, precisely forecasting trends for industries such as SaaS and healthcare which turned out to be very fruitful in the end.

 

The second goal was to reach qualified potential new hires for Typeqast. For this, the focus was turned to social media campaigns. The HD team handled everything with great care and focus – from strategy creation to content design to data reporting and analysis. To achieve our employer branding goals, Hybrid Digital suggested adding a news section on our website, and we gladly accepted that idea.

 

This page was then created and integrated into the site and includes our offices, work principles, Typeqast news, events, and employee testimonials. This move turned out to be a great success, and our current and potential employees can stay updated and share news in real time.

We also teamed up with NextPilots to take care of the outreach part of marketing. They contacted people who were at one point interested in Typeqast’s services, checked up on them, and saw if their business changed or if they wanted to boost it a bit more. The conjoined outreach efforts of HD and NP also turned out to be a huge success!

 

 

The Future

 

We’ll admit it – 2022 hasn’t been an easy year, especially with everything that’s going on with the world. But it still wasn’t enough to stop us. We’re still hitting every target we set out to achieve, both in terms of lead generation and employer branding.

 

None of this would be possible without the constant support and great communication we’ve had from Hybrid Digital and NextPilots. Some of us even had the pleasure of meeting the team in person!
